Processing Time
All orders are made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for us to confirm and process your order before it is sent to our current production partner.
Production Time
Once in production, products typically take 3–7 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment, depending on the product type and volume.
Shipping Time
• Domestic Shipping: 7-14 business days after production
• International Shipping: 7–21 business days, depending on customs and courier
• These times are estimates, not guarantees.
Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers ( DHL, FedEx, UPS, or local partners ). Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
International Shipping & Customs
For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply.
Delays & Liability
While we do our best to meet shipping estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Items
If your item is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos or proof, and we will work with the carrier and Gelato to resolve the issue.
