Cancellations & Refunds 

All our products are made to order.

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase or before production begins.
• Once an order enters production, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no extra cost.
